What We Do
TCG is a community based care and support provider for vulnerable individuals age 16-25 (young care leavers, 18 – 65 and over 65years old providing enabling environment for you to reconnect with your local community with bespoke care packages tailored to suit your individual day to day care and support needs with a view to empower you to achieve your goals and aspirations as well as improving the quality of your life whilst enabling you to improve, achieve and maintain your independence.
Our Mission
Our Supported living home provides 24/7 trained, experienced and skilled staffing to support you with your choice of your day to day living needs and preference whether you fund your own care (privately), ISF, or through your local authority and NHS public health funding.
